Real Estate
Keep the property data and the offer distinct.

Real-estate applications can combine public research with private decisions, but those layers need different data and permissions. A property record is not an MLS listing, a regional statistic is not an individual valuation, and a listing status change is not evidence that a particular buyer’s offer was accepted.

This collection first separates the information routes associated with Zillow, Redfin, and standardized real-estate data. It then develops an offer-management workflow around participants, document revisions, approvals, conditions, deadlines, and responses. The implementation patterns are intended to support the authorized professionals and actual agreements involved in a transaction. They do not replace the private communication channel with an assumed public bidding endpoint.
